No \u2013 electrochemistry!<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">This is made possible by the high energy density and the conductivity of the up to 4.5 million carbon fibres: electric arcs are created at the tip of the fibres. These remove tarnish, oxidation and even light scaling in a flash, without damaging the surface.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Our cleaning electrolyte is the non-toxic food additive E338, also known from cola drinks. It cools, increases the electrical conductivity and protects against renewed overheating by evaporation. The oxygen split off in the process combines on the metal surface to form chromium oxide: in this way, the protective passive layer is restored in the same operation. This effect has been certified by the Federal Institute for Materials Research.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The cleaning effect is therefore not created by etching or grinding, but is gentle on the surface due to the extremely high energy density. When brushing, the carbon fibres nestle exactly to the shape of the workpiece; by flexibly extending the fibres from the Teflon sleeve, corners and crevices can also be reached. aber fast immer Ferrite oder Eisenoxide auf der Oberfl\u00e4che, die zu neuem Rost f\u00fchren. <strong>Strahl-Verfahren<\/strong> sind wiederum mit hohen Investitionen verbunden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Und allen Methoden gemeinsam ist ein gro\u00dfer Nachteil:\u00a0Die Oberfl\u00e4chen m\u00fcssen in einem weiteren Arbeitsgang passiviert werden.<\/strong> Entweder durch Lagern bei kontrollierter Luftfeuchte und Sauerstoff-Zufuhr. Bis zu 1,5 Millionen davon befinden sich auf einem unserer Kohlefaserpinsel; diese leiten den Hochstrom mit einer Energiedichte von\u00a0bis zu 250A pro cm2 auf das Werkst\u00fcck. <strong>An der Spitze der Kohlefasern entstehen Lichtb\u00f6gen<\/strong> \u2013 \u00e4hnlich wie beim WIG-Schwei\u00dfen. Diese Millionen kleiner elektrischer Aufladungen\u00a0werden elektronisch bei einer L\u00e4nge von 5\u03bcm abgeregelt. <strong>Sie beseitigen Anlauffarben, Oxidationen und sogar leichte Verzunderungen blitzschnell<\/strong>, ohne die Oberfl\u00e4che zu\u00a0besch\u00e4digen.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Die Elektrolyt-Fl\u00fcssigkeit dient bei diesem Prozess der Erh\u00f6hung der elektrischen Leitf\u00e4higkeit und der K\u00fchlung. Gleichzeitig bildet sie beim Verdampfen eine Schutzgas-Atmosph\u00e4re und sch\u00fctzt vor erneuter Korrosion.
